Online Qmmunity
The Online Qmmunity is a secure, self-service support site for QRadar customers. Administrators use the Qmmunity site to submit official requests for product support and to find the solution to technical support issues. The site contains answers to Frequently Asked Questions and updates on issues such as patches, fixes, and the latest upgrade compatibility.
To access Qmmunity, users must log in and complete the Support Request Form. A link to Qmmunity is provided here.
