QRadar Log Manager FE: Support
There are two primary methods to learn more about the QRadar Log Manager Free Edition (FE) software:

- Log Management User Community: In this collaborative forum, moderated by Q1 Labs' staff, QRadar Log Manager FE users can ask questions and view responses to previous questions.
If the answers to your questions cannot be found via either of the above methods, Q1 Labs also provides an e-mail alias (QRadarSLIMFreeEdition@Q1Labs.com) where questions can be submitted. Due to the potentially high volume of questions received, we will do our best to reply to each inquiry, but cannot guarantee a direct response to everyone. (At this time we do not offer telephone support for QRadar Log Manager FE.)
